At Faseeh we protect your personal data in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

Data we collect
Name, email, phone, learning data (progress, recitations, reports), and payment data via a licensed provider — we do not store card data.
How we use your data
To provide the educational service, communicate with you (including WhatsApp notifications with your explicit consent), and improve the platform.
Data residency
Your data is hosted inside Saudi Arabia in compliance with PDPL and the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) controls.
Data retention periods
We keep your data only as long as needed, then delete it automatically: session recordings for 90 days; read notifications for 6 months; messages for 12 months; recitations, reports, level evaluations and activity logs for up to 24 months; backups for 14 days; and expired login sessions are removed as soon as they expire. When you delete your account, all your associated data is erased immediately.
Children's data
Minors' data is collected through and with the consent of their guardian, and is subject to additional protection.
We never send WhatsApp notifications without your explicit consent, which you can withdraw anytime from your account settings.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data and to withdraw your consent, via your account settings or by contacting us.
