Pricing and subscription questions
Are any fees added at checkout?
No. The price you see is exactly what you pay — no extra fees.
Can I try Faseeh before subscribing?
Yes. You get a free session with a specialist teacher who assesses your level and recommends the right track before any payment.
How are plan sessions counted?
Each plan gives you a set number of live one-to-one sessions during its period, which you book at times that suit you from your teacher's schedule.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can turn off auto-renewal any time from your subscription page, and your remaining sessions stay available until the end of the paid period.
Which payment methods are available?
Payment goes through the Saudi Moyasar gateway with local and international cards, and a receipt reaches you by email once the payment completes.
Can I gift a subscription to someone?
Yes. You can buy a subscription as a gift, and the recipient receives an activation code to use whenever they like.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes — three of them, not one: a certificate for every unit you finish in the Faseeh Qa'idah, one for every juz' you memorise, and a Certificate of Appreciation at the end of your subscription. Each is issued automatically once our team approves it, carries a serial number and a public verification page anyone can check, and is kept in “My reports”.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes — the Golden Guarantee. Complete one full month of study, attending and following your teacher's guidance; if you don't see the difference, request a refund within 3 working days of the end of that first month and we return the full amount.
