Pricing and subscription questions
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price shown includes 15% VAT, and no extra fees are added at checkout.
Can I try Faseeh before subscribing?
Yes. You get a free session with a specialist teacher who assesses your level and recommends the right track before any payment.
How are plan sessions counted?
Each plan gives you a set number of live one-to-one sessions during its period, which you book at times that suit you from your teacher's schedule.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can turn off auto-renewal any time from your subscription page, and your remaining sessions stay available until the end of the paid period.
Which payment methods are available?
Payment goes through the Saudi Moyasar gateway with local and international cards, and a receipt reaches you by email once the payment completes.
Can I gift a subscription to someone?
Yes. You can buy a subscription as a gift, and the recipient receives an activation code to use whenever they like.
