Delete your Faseeh account

You can delete your Faseeh account and your data yourself at any time, from inside the app or on the website, without contacting us.

How to delete your account

  1. 1Open the Faseeh app or go to faseeh.com.sa and log in to your account.
  2. 2Open “My profile” from the side menu.
  3. 3Scroll to the bottom of the page to the “Delete account” section.
  4. 4Enter your password and type “DELETE” to confirm.
  5. 5Press “Permanently delete my account” — the account is deleted immediately and sign-in stops at once.

If you cannot sign in

Send an email from the address registered with Faseeh to info@tebianglobal.com with the subject “Delete my account”, including your registered email or phone number. We verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days at most, and notify you when it is done.

What is deleted

  • Your name, email, phone number and all profile data.
  • Your learning record: lessons, memorization, review, assignments and evaluations.
  • Your recitation audio and your saved class recordings.
  • Your messages and in-platform notifications.
  • Your bookings, subscription and upcoming sessions.
  • Your sign-in sessions on every device (access stops immediately).

What is kept and why

  • Invoices and payment records — kept for the period required by Saudi tax and e-invoicing regulations, limited to invoice data only.
  • Administrative audit records without your personal data — for security purposes, deleted after two years.
  • Aggregated data that cannot identify you (such as the total number of sessions on the platform).

Before you delete

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; your progress and certificates cannot be restored afterwards. If you are a guardian, deleting your account also deletes the accounts of the children you added and all of their progress — do not delete your account if you want to keep them. Class recordings are deleted automatically seven days after the class, whether or not you delete your account.
