Terms and Conditions

Terms of use for the Faseeh platform for teaching the Qur'an and Arabic, covering subscriptions, sessions and courses.

Last updated: 8 September 2026

1. The service

Faseeh is an online education platform offering live one-to-one sessions in Qur'an and Arabic, plus live or recorded courses. Sessions run in the platform's own video rooms and last thirty minutes unless stated otherwise.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your credentials safe. Guardians may create and manage accounts for their children. Faseeh may suspend any account that is misused or breaches these terms.

3. Prices and invoices

All prices are in Saudi Riyals, and the price shown is final with no extra fees. An electronic invoice is issued for every payment and sent to the subscriber's email, and is also available in the “My subscription” page.

4. Subscriptions and sessions

A subscription grants a set number of sessions within a set period shown on the plan page. A session is deducted at booking. Unused sessions do not roll over to a new period unless approved by the administration.

5. Excusing and rescheduling

A student may excuse a session at least four hours before it starts and the credit returns to their balance, within the limited number of excuses shown on the plan page. Absence without notice, or an excuse after the window, counts as a used session.

6. Courses

A course seat is confirmed once payment completes; seats are limited and allocated by payment order. Faseeh may postpone or cancel a course for operational reasons, with notice to registrants and a full refund in case of cancellation.

7. Conduct and session privacy

Both parties commit to respectful conduct. Sessions may be recorded for quality and guardian follow-up, with a visible 'recording' indicator for everyone. Filming or publishing sessions outside the platform is prohibited.

8. Intellectual property

All curricula, materials and recordings on the platform are owned by or licensed to Faseeh and may not be copied, republished or resold.

9. Data protection

Data is processed under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and hosted inside the Kingdom. See the privacy policy for details.

10. Changes and jurisdiction

Faseeh may update these terms; updates are published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
